The place that has captured my mind would be Varanassi in India, where I did a ten day meditation course in noble silence.

What is your fondest memory?
My husband arranging a surprise wedding for us whilst I was doing a voluntary stint in Nepal last year.
After downloading the audio files, place them in a separate playlist so that the meditation isn’t followed by a tune or song that will bring you abruptly out of your session.
Invite your friends and relatives to the healing meditation. Request they direct their healing thoughts and prayers to you at the time you plan to take this session. This collective energy will intensify the healing process.
My favourite achievement
